Our Programs
Leadership opportunities that help our wards to realize their strengths and meet their full potential. Our mentorship program pairs young people with experienced professionals and community leaders who provide guidance, inspiration, and real-world insights.
Through regular meetings, workshops, and group activities, our mentors help teenagers develop critical life skills including communication, goal-setting, problem-solving, and leadership. We believe that having a positive role model can be the catalyst that transforms a young person's trajectory from struggle to success.
Over the years, our mentorship program has produced countless success stories — teenagers who have gone on to become entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare workers, and community leaders themselves.
One-on-one counselling and group awareness talks by subject area professionals who have volunteered their time and expertise. Our counselling services address the emotional, psychological, and social challenges that many disadvantaged teenagers face.
Our volunteer counsellors — licensed psychologists, social workers, and experienced youth leaders — create safe spaces where teenagers can open up about their struggles, fears, and aspirations without judgment.
We also conduct group awareness sessions on topics such as mental health, substance abuse prevention, reproductive health, and career planning — equipping young people with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their lives.
Provide funding to cover enrollment fees, tuition and upkeep for both formal and vocational education. Education is the most powerful tool we can give a young person, and financial barriers should never stand in the way of learning.
Our scholarship program identifies talented and motivated teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds and provides them with the financial support they need to pursue their education — from secondary school through tertiary institutions and vocational colleges.
Beyond tuition, we cover essential costs like learning materials, transportation, and basic upkeep, ensuring that our scholars can focus entirely on their studies without the burden of financial worry.
Focus is on vocational training and entrepreneurship support for underprivileged teenagers. Not every young person's path leads through a university — and that's perfectly okay. Our vocational program celebrates and supports alternative pathways to success.
We partner with skilled artisans, trade schools, and business incubators to provide hands-on training in fields like tailoring, catering, technology, agriculture, and small business management.
Graduates of our vocational program receive starter kits and seed funding to launch their own ventures, ensuring that the skills they've learned translate directly into economic independence and self-sufficiency.
